Italian Cream Soda

Makes 1 12 oz. serving
Ingredients:
1- ½ oz. (3 tablespoons) Home Brand Chocolate Syrup
1- ½ oz. (3 tablespoons) Heavy cream or half & half
1 cup crushed Ice
Club soda, chilled
Whipped cream

1. In 12 oz. glass, stir together Home Brand Chocolate Syrup and cream.
2. Add ice. Fill glass with club soda; stir.
3. Garnish with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

Golden "Sinful" Sundae

Makes 1 sundae

Ingredients:
1 Sticky bun or cinnamon roll (day-old will work as well)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3-4 oz. soft serve or #8 scoop hard packed ice cream
1-2 tablespoons Home Brand Chocolate Syrup
1 tablespoon caramel or butterscotch topping

1. Split roll in half horizontally. Butter cut surfaces.
2. Place buttered side down on hot grill. Grill until surface is lightly browned and roll is warm.
3. Place grilled roll on serving dish. Top with ice cream, Home Brand Chocolate Syrup, caramel topping and whipped cream. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1- ½ cups (3-#8 scoops) Vanilla ice cream
¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Home Brand Chocolate Syrup
1 tablespoon Carriage House Red Raspberry Jam

1. In blender, place ice cream, milk, Home Brand Chocolate Syrup and Carriage House Red Raspberry Jam.
2. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh raspberry, if desired.

Mocha Toffee Twist

Makes 1 sundae

Ingredients:
2 oz. cold brewed espresso *
1 oz. (2 tablespoons) Home Brand Chocolate Syrup
½ cup Toffee, fine grind
1 cup or 2-#8 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1- ¼ cups crushed ice
Whipped cream
English Toffee
* ¼ cup cold coffee plus 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules may be substituted for espresso

1. In blender, place espresso, Home Brand Chocolate Syrup and Toffee. Cover; blend until thoroughly mixed.
2. Add ice cream and crushed ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
3. Garnish with whipped cream and English Toffee. Serve immediately.

Split whole cheesecake horizontally. On bottom layer, spread Carriage House Creamy Peanut Butter about 1/4 inch thick. Top Peanut Butter with Carriage House Chocolate Syrup. Add top layer, cover and placeBack in freezer for at least one hour. Remove and decorate top of cheesecake with more Carriage House Chocolate Syrup. Cut and serve immediately.

1/3 cup Carriage House Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 gal Vanilla Ice Cream
1 TSP Espresso Powder

5 Raspberry Preserve Thumb Print Cookies (see separate recipe)
5 Pineapple Chunks
5 Large Marshmallows
5 Chocolate Leaves

Plate Presentation

Drizzle Chocolate Syrup
Roast the pineapple and marshmallow on stove top or open fire
Arrange cookies on leaves around edge of plate
Place pineapple and marshmallow in middle piled high

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
¼ cup of Half and Half
3 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
2 Tbsp Raspberry Preserves
Whipped Topping
Chocolate Syrup (as topping)

Blend ice cream, chocolate syrup, half and half, as well as raspberry preserves in a blender for one minute or until well blended.Crown the smoothie with whipped topping and chocolate syrup.

Chocolate Ribbon Banana Snack

5 # box Basic Muffin Mix
2 cups of Banana Smashed
1 cup Chocolate Chips
½ cup Chocolate Syrup
1 cup Canola Oil
16 oz Liquid Eggs

Place water, eggs, oil along with the basic muffin mix in mixing bowl. Using a paddle mix the batter on low for 30 seconds then scrape the bowl.
Add chocolate chips and banana and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
Scale the batter into a oiled 24 X 16 inch sheet pan. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the batter, swirl the chocolate syrup through in a decorative manner with a table knife.
Bake @ 300 for 25 minutes in a convection oven.

Chocolate Amaretto Mousse

1 cup Chocolate Syrup
1 qt Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Amaretto Liquor

Whip all together until it creates peaks. Pipe into your favorite dessert cups.
